Huawei introduces TalkBand B1

The Chinese multinational manufacturer, Huawei has taken the next big step in the modern electronics market, by introducing their first ever wearable smart device that connects to both Android and iOS operating systems via Bluetooth, yesterday at their Mobile World Congress Press Conference.
From the new units design, the new TalkBand B1 from Huawei is a combination of a elastic rubber kind of Smartband and a Bluetooth Headset that can be detached from the band for a hands-free conversation over the call. The Smartband consists of an USB plug at the end of the strap, that can be connected to the computer for charging as well.
The TalkBand B1 includes a curved display of 1.4-inches OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) tech, that screens in caller information of the incoming calls. The device is equipped with Bluetooths version 4.1 and features a fitness tracker on board, that will monitor your sleep, the footsteps you take and the calories burned from the body. The IP 57 certifications for the new TalkBand from Huawei, makes it water and dust resistant, more over a great friend to the rugged sportsmen. There is a 90mAh battery powering the new wearable for seven hours of talk time and six days of activity tracking. The TalkBand connects to Android devices running version 2.3 Gingerbread or above and iOS devices attributing iOS version 5.0 or above.
The Bluetooth earpiece is marked at 9.4 grams, while the whole unit itself is measured at 14.6 millimeters in its thickness and weighs about 26 grams on mass in total. The Huawei TalkBand B1 is expected to go on sale in China by next month, followed by Europe, Japan, Middle East and Russia in early quarter two of this year at a price of 136 United States Dollars.

Nokia introduces the Nokia 225 and 225 Dual SIM

The Finnish manufacturer, Nokia has announced a new handset named Nokia 225. The Nokia 225 comes in Dual-SIM variant too. The company claims that its the slimmest and modest internet phone. We have got its details and the specifications of the device.
The Nokia 225 packs a 2.8-inches screen QVGA display with the resolution of 240 x 320 marked at 142ppi, it has microSD card slot expandable up to 32GB, two megapixels of primary camera capable of recording videos at 15fps, 1,200mAh powered battery. The phone offers a huge battery life - single SIM variant offers 36 hours of standby and dual-SIM variant provides 27 hours of standby, 21 hours of talk time and 51 hours of MP3 playback.

It is available in Black, White, Red, Yellow and Green color options. The handsets dimensions are 124 x 55.5 x 10.4 mm and weighs around 100 grams. For connectivity it supports Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0 and FM-Radio. The company has pre-installed apps like Facebook, Twitter Bing Search and Nokia Express Browser. Nokia 225 will be available from second quarter of the year and the pricing is $55.22.

Intel Introduces Atom Processor 64 bit

Smartphone with an Intel Atom Processor 64-bit Android-powered immediately slid the second quarter this year.
At Mobile World Congress, Barcelona, Intel introduces Atom Processor 64-bit. With code-named Merrifield, the chip was intended for smartphones and tablets.
On that occasion Intel demonstrating smartphone with a dual-core processor Merrifield that runs the Android operating system is 64-bit. Before Intel has been demonstrating an Android tablet that is also running a 64-bit processor but with an Atom with code-named Bay Trail.
Merrifield is a SoC that uses micro-architecture Silvermont 22 nanometers. Intel Atom Z3480 operates at 2, 13GHz and more efficient batteries. Intel had hoped, the device uses the processor to be launched at the beginning of the second quarter of this year.

In addition to the Merrifield, Intel also revealed details of an Atom Processor quad core with code-named the Moorefield is also a 64-bit chip.
Meanwhile Moorefield to be available in the second half of this year. According to Intel processors will operate on 2, 3GHz, with the performance of the GPU that is fixed, and supports a faster memory.

Karachi, Pakistan - Nokia has today unveiled two new mobile phone models as it continues to accelerate its strategy to connect the next billion consumers to information and the internet. The Nokia 110 and Nokia 112 have been designed to appeal to young, urban consumers who want to experience a fast, affordable online experience.
Both devices are perfect for communicating across Facebook, Twitter and social media networks. The internet experience is also smooth thanks to the Nokia Browser. This innovative technology allows users to consume less data by up to 90%, by compressing websites in the cloud. Both devices offer direct access to Facebook and Twitter from their home screens. The Nokia 112 also features preloaded eBuddy instant messaging service right out of the box, so users can use popular chat services to keep conversations going 24/7.
In common with other Nokia mobile phones, consumers can choose from thousands of apps to download on the Nokia Store. With the upgraded camera, they can now customize their contacts with pictures, and share them with friends via social networks and Bluetooth.

The devices all feature a generous 1.8" display optimized for a great gaming experience. In the coming months, the Nokia 110 and Nokia 112 will bring free* 40 key EA Games, valued at EUR 75 if bought separately, including well known titles like Tetris®, Bejeweled®, Need for Speed(TM) The Run, Monopoly Here & Now, and SimCity(TM) Deluxe. Consumers will be able to easily access the content by clicking on the Games Gift EA icon on their home screen which will take them to the Nokia Store to download the games. Once they have accessed the offering, they will have 60 days to download the games of their choice, keeping the games forever.
Both new phones offer an improved VGA camera for sharp and clear pictures with support for up to 32GB of external memory, enough for more than 6000+ songs or 90,000 pictures. Consumers can tune into their favorite radio stations and share their favorite songs with friends over Bluetooth. The phones have been optimized to provide a long-lasting battery life, with over 10 hours of talk time and nearly a months standby, meaning that consumers can stay in-touch and entertained all day long. Apple Officially Introduces iPad Mini and Ready to Launch - As scheduled, Apple finally introduced formally introduced the iPad Mini. Latest tablet device from Apples iOS comes with a smaller screen size.
Apple iPad Mini comes with a touch screen LED-backlit IPS measuring 7.9 inches with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Mini iPad screen has the same resolution as the iPad 1 and iPad 2, but has a higher pixel density due to their smaller size.
