Sharp Aquos Pad: Tablet with a spec 7 Inches With IGZO Screen Technology - Sharp Japan-based manufacturer has just introduced a new tablet device named Aquos Pad SHT21.

Sharp Aquos SHT21 Pad comes with a 7 inch touch screen (1280 x 800 pixels) with technologically IGZO offering a more charming, and more power efficient. As with most products from other Japanese smartphone, Aquos Pad is a waterproof tablet devices and dust.

Sharp Aquos SHT21 Pad is powered by a dual core 1.5GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. Sharp Aquos Pad also comes with 16GB of internal memory plus microSD slot up to 64GB, 8 megapixel camera, WiFi a / b / g / n, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, 3.460mAh capacity battery, and Android 4.0 operating system using ICS.

Sharp Aquos Pad will be available in Japan starting on December 7, 2012 via operator KDDI.
